Today started my filming for my final film project for Screen Production I. Went to a tattered andburn down house along Victoria Park. Perfect location for a homeless man scene. My friend, Abdul, found the place. Filming is always enjoyable but tiring at the same time. It is a fun thing to do but something you gotta be really serious in. What you have visualize is not as easy to carry out. A 3 minute short film can be at least 30 hours of work. SUPER HARD WORK! No exaggeration at all. Had a long day filming and no thanks to the rainy weather which made up change our filming plans.
In the late afternoon, rushed down my Jeremy to Southlands to get a cake for tonight’s cell. This place called Divine Delights or something. A good place recommended by Maryann, I think is her super good recommendation. The cakes looks as good as it tastes. We saw one that is like just topped with huge cream puffs and many other really delicious designs but gone for the Tiramisu instead. The price is really reasonable too. A 1 kg cake can be just $20.
So tonight at cell, we celebrated Geraldine’s, Jean’s and Jennifer’s birthday all at one shot. One Tiramisu, Chilli Con Carn Nacho Dips and a Chocolate topped with people from both Kardy and Murdoch cell. Mix together and you have a great birthday party and fellowship. As usual, lots of laughter were shared and smiles were given to 133 camera shots on my camera alone in just under 1 hour.
After that, we went down to Famosa to grab some midnight bubble tea….ha ha! Really missed the BUBBLES in the BUBBLE tea! Ha ha… I had Lemon red tea with BUBBLES. Good!
