It was a long day today. Spent the whole day out. 2 more days before school re-opens. Tasha asked me to join them for shopping at Harbourtown. Harbourtown is this huge semi-outdoor shopping centre at the edge of the city. It is like a factory outlet. All the clothes here are genuinely cheap. You can get a really nice shirt for $10 or a pair of jeans for $20. They look good too. They are stuff you probably get back in Singapore from places like Top Shop where a shirt cost $69.90. So a really good place to shop. However, was not prepared to buy anything today but come to scout first….ha ha! In the end, accompanied Tash, Tiffany and Geraldine to shop. The girls really can SHOP with the capital letters S.H.O.P. Think we spent like 3 or 4 hours there and mostly are them doing the shopping….ha ha! But was fun lah. After that, took the train down to Fremantle for dinner before heading back. I liked the train trip. The rail runs along the seaside so we had a beautiful view of the sea and the horizon. Of course, sitting down watching the view was more than just therapeutic after shopping for the whole day.
