Easter Sunday! The day of resurrection, victory and new life. After coming back from church, I started to prepare for the Easter feast tonight. I love the kitchen at Weijie’s Villa. It’s so big and stocked up with all the stuff I need. Spent about 3 hours preparing all the food. We had roast beef, fried fish, chips, lots of chips, salad, mushroom soup and broccoli and cauliflower with cheese. The dinner was just great. We had way too much food and finally a time where all 8 of us can come together again to have a good meal together. Shared a lot of funny and lame jokes over the dinner table as well.
