OK OK.... if you guys find it weird... don't be! And yes... we did celebrate Christmas. It is not some camera trick nor was this taken last year. But 2 days ago. last Friday went to Faith Community Church... cos they were celebrating Christmas In July! How cool is that? Yeah... for the first time in my life I'll be celebrating Christmas twice this year(can't wait for the 2nd one to come though). My good buddy neighbour told me about this just that afternoon and I said why not, then went for it. It was really cool. I mean when we reach there, it was like a winter wonderland....ha ha! The church's drive way was lined with candles and tea lights. Then they had a choir outside carolling. A camp fire! For the people in Singapore, crowding around a camp fire just makes you sweat more, but here, it's really comfy and people actually crowds around it to get warmth. Then, there's a snow machine too... really cool! On top of all these. They had a whole loads of decorative stuff. Like 5 or 6 Christmas trees where they place all our gifts for exchange. Christmas lights. Then we have a sleigh and other decoratives for us to take photos as well. Not fogetting all those lovely people that dress us as Christmas elves (complete with the pointy ears), Santa Clause, Angels and polar bears...ha ha! Not that they're Biblical but just gets you all into the Christmas mood. We had a good time fellowshipping together. Singing Christmas carols and worshipping. Followed by a good sharing, gifts exchange. had a game where we have to break through a block of really thick ice to save a toy zebra. At the same time to eat up a whole tub of ice. Not easy you know. Try doing all these when the temperature arounf you is like 10 degrees. Sure freezes you off. Lastly, had lots of good food and took lots of pictures. Met many nice friends there as well. You people are amazing!!!! Well, on top are some pictures. Enjoy and Merry Christmas! Remember Christmas need not be on December 25. Christmas is remembering GOD giving His one and only son JESUS CHRIST to us so that we may have eternal life!
