Just came back from Sara’s house, was there preparing for tomorrow’s Pot bless. Gonna do fried ice cream cos it seems to be everyone’s favourite dessert. Well, for it to work, it’s simple to do but a bit of work though. Bought the ingredients and went to Sara’s house. Good thing, that Sara’s mum is willing to lend me her freezer cos the one at my flat is always too full to put anything else. Fried ice cream is quite tedious to do, you gotta juggle with time and do it fast enough so that the ice cream do not melt. It always seems that it will not work out but it takes about a night for everything to freeze and look good the day after. Well, I’m done for the night. Hopefully it’ll freeze over to become cute little fried ice cream buns tomorrow.
Anyway, went with my army friends, Layton and Paul, to this Ipoh Café to have some Ipoh Hor Fun. Well, though is a little expensive but good nonetheless. Think is a quite a famous one as the place was quite full when we went there. The place is at Applecross, just around the corner from Garden City. Another nice eatery discovered…ha ha!
